BUTTER

BUTTER

India's precedence in the butter market is well established. Butter production has been increasing at 12 percent per annum. The nutritional benefits of butter are many. Most importantly, butter is rich in Vitamin D and calcium that are vital for bone growth and development. Taking butter in the long-term improves skin health also. One table spoon (7 grams) of butter gives over 1000 calories of energy. Butter helps to improve cell re-growth and renovation. It enhances the immune system by encouraging the production of lymphocytes.
Andhra Dairy Farms produces the most authentic and original butter. The butter produced at our farm is rich in vitamins and minerals. Our state of art butter-making machinery helps to maximize the output of butter. We also ensure that the milk quality and higher fat content of milk are maintained. We produce butter of salted and sweet types.
The butter we produce consists of 1%–2% milk, 16%–17% of water, 80%–82% of milk fat, and 1%–2% of salt which is added directly into it. Our butter is rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamins A, D, and E, and proteins. Importantly, the right flavor of butter is ensured through the right balance of lactones, diacetyl, methyl ketones, dimethyl sulphide, and fatty acids.
