Andhra Dairy Farms produces high quality, aroma-rich and tasty cow ghee. We understand the sensitive and deep interest of customers for the taste of pure ghee. Usually, ghee is added to the food items that include rice and wheat dishes, vegetables and sweets. By cooking foods with ghee the nutritional value of each item is enhanced. We prepare cow ghee by following a standard, yet innovative process.
The ghee is made from cow milk butter. The cow milk butter is heated over low heat until the water evaporates, leaving behind milk solids. Later, the solids are skimmed or strained off. The remaining is called as clarified liquid fat or ghee. We use only low heat (under 100 degrees) while making ghee, as this helps us to retain more and essential nutrients in the ghee than the standard clarified butter.
